2024 Fashanne Awards Postponed

A little announcement from us here at Fashanne….In this ever-changing world, we have made the difficult but important decision to postpone this year’s awards until 2025. We have always aspired to give as many students as we can, more opportunities without diminishing the wonderful awards night that is always Fashanne and to that end we are taking this time to re-structure some of the awards programme and already have some very exciting things lined up for 2025!

If you had already bought tickets to this year’s show, these should have been refunded but please do get it touch if you are still waiting for a refund.

We can’t thank all of our supporters enough for their understanding and standing by us. We truly couldn’t do it without you all! Thank you!

East Midlands Airport Fashanne Photography Exhibit grows!

Whilst we develop our 2025 plans with our participating universities and sponsors, we will continue to share our stories of success across our socials, not least of all, shortly unveiling the exciting newly updated photography exhibition at East Midlands Airport. This 81 piece photography exhibit featuring our 2022 & 2023 winners will be a permanent addition to the airport and can be spotted throughout the entire airport.

East Midlands Airport Customer Services and Security Director, Mike Grimes says of the exhibit; “We’re delighted to display images from the Fashion Designers of the Future Awards which have made big impact across our terminals. As the international gateway to the East Midlands, it’s great that we can provide a platform to showcase this region’s strength in fashion and textiles design. We hope this helps raise awareness of the great work and creativity that takes place on our doorstep.”

Fashanne founder, Anne Davies, says; “We couldn’t be prouder to be showcasing the incredible design talent we have in our universities, confident that this regions inspiring fashion legacy will continue to flourish with the help of these talented young designers.”

East Midlands Airport is the largest in the area and services over four million people each year.
